Base fee:
  • Includes an exhibit table and two registrations for company reps. Please include names of the reps attending the conference.
  • For companies or reps. Includes 1 registration. Company logo/link to website on both NWHPBA & OHPBA's websites.
    - Interview time during the conference.
    - Thank you amenity, road trip snack bag includes special tag with sponsor logo.
    Note: Exhibit tables for meal/break sponsors are an additional $750.
  • HPBA members (plus owners, employees, spouses or family members of HPBA members)
  • Attendees who do not work for a company that is a member of HPBA
  • Speakers, HPBA staff, other presenters
  • Oregon NW staff
  • Headline sponsorship for the meeting. Includes logo on main info page, time at podium to address attendees, exhibit table, Banner/signage on website, stage, and three registrations. Limit 1 sponsor.

We are heading to Ocean Shores, WA for the 2025 meeting.  We had our meeting there several years ago, so it will be fun to go back! Join us for golf and the welcome reception on Thursday. The meeting is on Friday, May 9. 

Registration Rates:
HPBA members: $150
Additional registrations/same member company: $125
Non-members: $200

Tables and Sponsorships:
Title Sponsor: $2,000 (1 available, includes exhibit table and 3 registrations)
Exhibit table and 2 registrations: $800
Meal or break sponsor: $550 (6 available: reception, breakfast, am break, lunch, pm break, grab bag road snack amenity)

Registration deadline April 25.

Quinault Beach Club & Casino, Rooms: 

Rooms were blocked at Quinault Beach Club. Rates: Thursday, May 8: $169 ocean view; $139 non ocean view. Friday, May 9 $239 ocean view, $209 non ocean view. All rooms are plus tax. Call 1-888-461-2214 to book your room.  Address 78 State Route 115, Ocean Shores, WA 98569.
