Exhibitor Information:
Set up: The exhibit tables will be in “Mollala A-B". This was scheduled in "Kalapuya B” but it was moved accross the hall. Exhibit setup is Sunday at 4:00. You can actually start moving in at 3:00, but Harvey Gail will not be available until 4 to answer any questions. Our reception starts at 5:00 and dinner is at 6:00 so try to have the exhibit tables up by 5:00. Take down: right after lunch on Monday at 1:30.
